I took this as a sign

“I was considering coming off of hormonal birth control on my own without any knowledge about how to confidently prevent pregnancy when I came across peak fertility. I took this as a sign and signed up for package one after having my info session with her. She taught me so much about my current hormonal birth and how it affects my body and then also educated me very thoroughly on the woman’s and men’s reproductive system. I was very surprised/ embarrassed about how much I didn’t know. After the course I was able to confidently track my ovulation and my non-fertile days all while coming in tune with my own body and femininity.
